The experience I had happened a few months ago but it was so awful that I still think of it to this day and I thought it deserved a review. Reading the other reviews on here also helped justify my feelings. I bought an oura ring from the Best Buy in Roseville a few months ago since that was the store that had my color and size in stock. I wore it for a little under a week just wearing it around the house and did maybe one run with it on. The size ended up being too small since my fingers would swell at night and instead of trading it for a larger size I just decided to return it since my Apple Watch did mostly the same things.
I go to return it to this Best Buy location since it’s closest to my home and I immediately felt like a criminal. The woman working in customer service whose name I didn’t get (but sounds like Christina from all of these other reviews?) said the ring was scratched up and looked like I had worn it for more than a week. I assured her it had only been a week and you can see from my receipt date. We went back and forth and I tried my hardest not to be angry but this woman basically accused me of stealing and was implying that I had somehow gotten this ring elsewhere and worn it for more than a week. She also questioned me as to why I was returning it to this store. I’ve never felt so judged and I felt humiliated that she was accusing me of basically being a scammer and a liar. I asked if the Best Buy in Roseville would accept my return and she said probably not because it’s ruined. I went over there immediately after and returned the ring with no issues.
I know customer service is hard but this woman is not suited for this job. Definitely hesitant to ever come back here.
Great staff, lots of parking and manager was accommodating.
On 6/4/26, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Best Buy.
I went into the store and asked if I could line up for an item. I was told yes. A short time later, the closing manager came outside and began threatening to have me trespassed, despite me not causing any problems or violating any store policies.
I stepped next door, bought a BAWLS soda, and was sitting in my car finishing it because it's sold in a glass bottle and I didn't want to drive while drinking it. While I was sitting there minding my own business, security was called and I was told to leave the area. The manager also told people I had been kicked out of the store, which never happened.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I am a paid Best Buy member, my family holds multiple Best Buy credit cards, and we spend thousands of dollars with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and never expected to be treated with such disrespect.
I was spoken to aggressively, threatened, and made to feel like I had done something wrong when I hadn't. Being treated this way as a paying, long-time customer was unacceptable.
This interaction was completely unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of this location. I will be reconsidering where I spend my money in the future.

Edit: Why would I respond on your social medias that are solely geared to compartmentalize and hide complaints? I am responding publicly to let you know this isn't the first problem with Christina. Look at ALL THESE REVIEWS on her!!! Looks like management does NOT take complaints seriously and does NOTHING to deal with repeat problem employees... This one runs a store!!!
